4. Disclosure of means of contact

Registered means of contact are not published by default. Where you approve a contact request from another user, only the means of contact that you select is disclosed to that user. The Service has no in-site messaging function and does not obtain or store the content of exchanges that take place externally after disclosure.

5. Provision to third parties

Except as required by law, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual. Provision to contractors, such as transfer of information to Stripe, Inc. for payment processing, is carried out within the scope of the purposes of use.

6. Handling upon withdrawal

Upon withdrawal, the personal information of the account (email address and the like) is deleted or anonymized.
Published posts and contributions to research may be retained under the name of a “withdrawn user”, detached from the individual, in order to preserve the referential consistency of the knowledge base. Deletion of personal information contained in the body of a post is handled upon request.
The minimum records necessary to prevent unauthorized use may be retained, with the purpose and the period limited and access restricted to the operator’s internal staff.

7. Security management

Secret information such as passwords and API keys is stored in hashed form, and communications are encrypted. Important operational actions are recorded in audit records.
